My Story
Built from nothing,on my own terms.
I was born in San Carlos, Costa Rica, in a family that wasn't wealthy and wasn't in business. But from an early age, I had something nobody could give me — the drive to build, to create, and to keep moving forward no matter what.
I ran my own fashion businesses for years, until 2019 when Costa Rica's fiscal crisis arrived and took everything. I didn't sink. I closed that chapter with clarity, and I opened a new one.

I started just as the pandemic hit. No capital, no safety net, no one teaching me — just the market, my instincts, and relentless effort. I worked with my own hands until results came. I sold millions of dollars in properties in San Carlos. I proved — to myself and to the market — that this was possible.
I have been in love with Guanacaste my whole life. Since I was young I made myself a promise — that one day I would do something meaningful here. This place holds beautiful memories, including the years I spent here with Doggy, my dog and sailing companion, who was my moral anchor during the crisis of 2019. Extroverted in personality and profound in spirit — for me, he was a philosopher in the body of a dog. He is no longer here, but his energy stays with me.
Guanacaste has a real energy. It is here to be felt — by those who dare to open their senses and their heart. People arrive from all over the world and find something they didn't know they were looking for: a different rhythm, a deeper quality of life, a true connection.
I moved here to understand the zone better — its culture, its people, its soul. To live a different style of life, and along the way, to help and connect with people from all different parts of the world, with honesty and sensitivity in every step.
